Insured Patients
Your insurer may ask for a referral letter from your GP. This will not necessarily require an appointment with your GP and can often be managed over the phone or by e-mail. All of our consultants are fee assured with all of the major insurers and so you should see the consultant of your choice. If you have any problems our secretarial staff will be delighted to help
Self Pay Patients
We are happy to book appointments for self pay patients by e-mail, telephone or through our contacts page. A GP referral letter is often helpful but not essential.
Open Referral/Direct Booking
Some insurers may wish to organise your appointment directly with one of the private hospitals or may offer a limited choice of consultant options. As our consultants are fee assured and recognized by all of the major insurers you should be fine but if you run into problems let our secretaries know and they will be delighted to help.
